Box, Inc. (NYSE:BOX), a leader in cloud content management, today
announced the appointment of Kimberly Hammonds to its Board of
Directors, effective immediately. Previously, Hammonds was Chief
Operating Officer and member of the Management Board at Deutsche Bank
AG, Chief Information Officer for Deutsche Bank AG, and Chief
Information Officer for the Boeing Company. She also held senior IT
leadership positions with both Dell Corporation and Ford Motor Company.
In addition to Box, Hammonds serves on the boards of Cloudera, Red Hat,
Tenable, and Zoom.

Background on Kimberly Hammonds
Hammonds was most recently the Group Chief Operating Officer of Deutsche
Bank AG where she was the third female in the company's 148-year history
to serve on the Management Board. Previously, she served as the Group
Chief Information Officer for the Boeing Company and held executive
positions at Dell Corporation and Ford Motor Company. Her global
leadership experience extends across product engineering, manufacturing,
supply chain, marketing, purchasing, operations, and information
technology.
In addition to Box, Hammonds currently serves on the Board of Directors
of Cloudera, Red Hat, Tenable, and Zoom. She is a member of the Society
of Women Engineers and is the Founder and President of The Zoe
Foundation, which provides art programs for cancer patients. Hammonds
also recently founded Mangrove Digital Group, which provides technology
and business transformation consulting expertise to Fortune 100 company
CEOs and Boards of Directors.
